Cathy handles a variety of daily tasks for the COLE group of Companies. She makes sure that resources are used as efficiently as possible but she is developing and learning to maintain and improve the efficiency and effectiveness of our staff members and processes.

- Vice President for the School of Arts & Humanities for Pacific Adventist University 2022.
- Support Intern for the Australian Humanitarian Partnership Disaster READY Project Country Coordination team and worked closely with the Persons with Disability workshop in Goroka for the Disability Inclusion Rights and Advocacy Workshop in 2021.
- Conducted partner visits and meetings with other INGO’s under the Australian Humanitarian Partnership Disaster Ready Project to socialize a Performance Framework that was developed by the CARE International Team for the AHP COVID-19 Project in 2021
- Committee assistant for the Day Student’s Bus Committee for Pacific Adventist University 2020.
- Implemented a Project Development project for the Pacific Adventist University’s campus security guard house at the main entrance of the university in 2019.
- Secretary for the School of Arts & Humanities, Theology & Education student committee at Pacific Adventist University 2019.
- Class President for the Humanities First Year Students of Pacific Adventist University in 2018.
